Billions of people will be celebrating Chinese New Year or the Spring Festival. To help you celebrate this international holiday, we would like to share some recipes from our archives. The recipes appeared in the Scranton Times in 1967 (The Year of Sheep) and 1987 (The Year of Rabbit).
