I told you all I wasn’t through working today. I sneaked away for a Jersey Mike’s Giant Italian Mike’s Way, picked up my daughter who played four games of softball in Virginia on Saturday, and caught the last 10 minutes of Iron Man II when lo and behold, it came time to post the schedule for early next week in the PIAA basketball playoffs.
Now look, here’s the deal. Weather forecasters, who are a lot smarter than I am, are predicting heavy snowfall for most of the east coast, specifically NEPA. It’s my guess, these dates, sites and times are not locked in stone. But, the PIAA has to have a starting place, so I am posting what is posted on piaa.org.
Just some advice, I’d stay tuned into or follow JobyFawcett26 on Twitter (shameless plug). Why? Because, I have no real life and am obligated to get the information to all of #JobysJabronis as I receive it. Contrary to popular belief, I have no secret connection to those who schedule these games. I am at the mercy of the official announcements on the PIAA web site. But folks, I can assure you, I am not going to keep it a secret. When I know, you will know.
So, without further delay or more time away from my couch, here is where the Lackawanna League teams are headed tentatively on Tuesday and Wednesday:
